About me
My path has never been linear and is in fact, very singular. It has been shaped by lived experience, international travels, devotion to my spiritual practice, and a deep commitment to universal truths and ancestral wisdom practiced as a way of being, not just understood as ideas.
More than fourteen years ago, I devoted myself fully to an initiatory path of self-actualization. My learning did not unfold primarily through institutions, but through mentorship, direct experiences, and sustained inner inquiry. Over time, this path asked me not only to understand life, but to listen to it, respond to it, and align with its universal principles.
I do not see spirituality as something separate from daily life. For me, it is expressed through how we think, how we choose, how we relate, and how we take responsibility for our inner and outer worlds.
Formation and Lineage
My guidance is informed by more than fourteen years of study and apprenticeship under Michelle L. Gerrior, a traditional indigenous medicine woman and keeper of ancestral moral code from the Gerrior–Avery lineage, descendants of the Muis–Membourtou of Nova Scotia, Canada.
Through this long transmission, I have received and integrated teachings rooted in natural law, moral discipline, responsibility, and respect for the living world. My formation includes the mastery of the mind, the cultivation of inner coherence, development of intuitive perception, and traditional energy healing, as taught within this lineage.
These teachings are not symbolic or abstract. They are the foundation of my work.
They shape how I listen, how I orient myself in life, and how I hold space for others.
An Embodied Path of Practice
I live and guide from a place of coherence between mind, body, and inner knowing. Not because life is always easy or resolved, but because I have learned to meet it with presence rather than resistance.
Over the years, I have devoted myself to studying and integrating ancestral and universal principles across all areas of my life, not as concepts, but as lived practice. This has meant meeting the discipline of physical health, nourishment, meditation, emotional healing, and mental re-patterning with honesty and perseverance. The path has required effort, humility, and commitment, but it has also brought me into a deep sense of inner stability, coherence, and trust in myself (and in Life!!). While I remain devoted to continual growth, I now stand in a secure and mature relationship with my potential. From this place, I feel a clear calling to support others as they navigate their own healing, integration, and self-actualization process.
My work is grounded in this living practice. I guide and teach what I actively apply in my own life. I am as much a student as I am a guide. Teaching and walking alongside others allows me to integrate these principles more deeply, refine my discernment, and remain in right relationship with humility and truth.
My approach is rooted in spiritual responsability.
I do not position myself as a guru, nor as someone who has “arrived.”
I walk with Life. I listen. I adjust. I take responsibility.
My role is not to give you answers, but to support you in hearing your own. I guide from presence, intuition, and lived understanding. My intention is never to create dependency, but to strengthen autonomy, discernment, and inner authority within yourself.
I believe that when we live in integrity and coherence, we naturally align with Life. From that place, challenges become initiations and opportunities for growth, and what arrives serves our evolution rather than obstructs it.
Freedom is not found by escaping life, but by learning how to meet it fully.
